Julie Zuick is a dynamic, visionary, and strategic leader that is passionate about making a difference for the clients and candidates she serves. Prior to founding 360, she led brand management and strategic planning for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, she led executive searches on behalf of clients nationwide across all functional areas. With her unique experience as a hiring leader and branding expert, she knows what companies want and the best way to position leaders for success.

She is a multi-year recipient of quality and customer service awards, is recognized as a top 100 person to know to succeed in business, and is known for providing highly engaging experiences for the clients she serves.

Julie holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Engaged in the community, she is on the Boards of Entrepreneurs Organization STL and MERS/Goodwill.  Julie also a Business Mentor at Washington University’s Olin Business School.  In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons.

Jessica is passionate about partnering with innovative and values-driven organizations to accelerate growth. She brings over 20 years of experience to her work with Julie on business development and client relations.  She is an exceptional communicator, a steadfast supporter of start-ups, and consistently delivers with remarkable integrity. 

Jessica holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Engaged in the community, she serves as the Vice President of the Parent Council at John Burroughs School and regularly volunteers at the Soulard Shelter of Peter & Paul Community.

Having worked with Julie since 2017,  Melissa brings to 360 a passion for education and steadfast commitment quality standards.  

She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology & Exercise Science from Southern Illinois University and her Master of Education from Grand Canyon University.

Anna is a team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven leader that is highly adept at initiating programs, building consensus, creating “win-win” solutions, and guiding cross-functional partnerships. In her role, she successfully leads teams, engages with partners, and takes accountability to deliver with excellence.

Before joining 360, Anna was involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem as the founder of a skincare product line and advisor to startups seeking to raise funding. She earned her BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.

Karen is an award-winning communications professional specializing in B2B and B2C content creation, copywriting, as well as internal and external correspondence.  In 2018, she began working with Julie in the executive search field.  She is an invaluable asset to the 360 branding and consulting practice.    

Karen earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Webster University, St. Louis, in 2010 and then served in progressive roles at a community newspaper and publishing company. During her tenure as a reporter and editor, she earned more than a dozen state awards for writing and photography, along with a national honorable mention for her writing.

As a digital native, Emma is passionate about building relationships through marketing, storytelling, and content creation, particularly on social media platforms.  She works with Julie on research, and is the coordinator for 360’s social media engagement. 

Emma graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Communication, Marketing and a certificate in Leadership Development. 

Enela has an incredible knack for communication, organization, and graphic design.  Originally from Bosnia with a professional background in medical practice administration, Enela brings a diverse skillset and range of talents to her role with 360.

Anne is a vibrant, diligent, and proactive member of the 360 team.  She is passionate about business and human rights, and commits to deliver top-notch client service, resolve difficulties, and build relationships that ensure loyalty and growth. She collaborates with Julie on the administrative and operational elements of 360.

Anne earned her degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle-College of St. Benilde in Manila, Philippines.
