Our current practices are informed by:  - The Forbes Insight [study](https://images.forbes.com/forbesinsights/StudyPDFs/Innovation_Through_Diversity.pdf), which shows diversity and inclusion are proven competitive advantages. - The Deloitte [study](https://www2.deloitte.com/global/en/insights/topics/value-of-diversity-and-inclusion/women-in-the-workplace-survey.html), which finds women are more likely to stay with employers who are "gender equality leaders."  - The McKinsey [research](https://www.mckinsey.com/capabilities/people-and-organizational-performance/our-insights/delivering-through-diversity), which shows companies with ethnically diverse leadership are 33 percent more likely to outperform competition on profitability and 21 percent more likely to have above-average profitability with gender diverse leadership teams.  - The BCG with the Technical University of Munich [research](https://www.bcg.com/publications/2017/people-organization-leadership-talent-innovation-through-diversity-mix-that-matters) that shows a direct correlation between innovation, diversity in leadership teams, and profitability of new product launches.
